The Mission of Gospel
of Life Ministries

Gospel of Life Ministries is an interdenominational
effort to promote respect for the inviolable dignity of
every human being in law and in practice from the first
moment of existence to natural death. GOL seeks to
strengthen religious and cultural beliefs which uphold
the dignity of life and ensure that laws and policies
are respectful of the uniqueness of each and every life.
GOL encompasses outreach to clergy, laity, government
officials, those hurting from abortion, and all people
of good will to advance a culture of Life.
GOL
equips and encourages people of faith to engage in the
political process and urges elected and appointed
officials to uphold their obligations to promote respect
for the inviolable dignity of every human being. GOL is
committed to advancing civic responsibility and
encourages citizenry and churches to become more
involved in the political process.
GOL believes
that the laity is called to take political
responsibility seriously and participate in the
political process to hold elected and appointed
officials accountable to fulfill the sacred obligation
to protect the dignity of the human person. Gospel of
Life Ministries is committed to advancing civic
responsibility and building sustainable leadership that
respects the human dignity of man made in the image and
likeness of God.
The organization uses all of
the manifold resources available from some of the most
effective pro-life organizations and movements in the
country to advance a culture of life. The accomplishment
of this goal requires a commitment and participation
from the laity and from those who nourish them with the
preaching of God's word and through various forms of
ministry. Gospel of Life Ministries puts a special
emphasis on equipping and encouraging the churches to
engage this effort. Literature, speakers, audio, video,
broadcast TV and Radio are all available from GOL. In
addition, a Speakers Bureau provides challenging,
dynamic and experienced pro-life speakers for churches,
conferences, conventions, banquets, educational and
media events.
