Gospel of Life Ministries is an interdenominational effort supported by Faith and Action, The National Clergy Council, Priests for Life, and the National Pro-Life Religious Council.

The purpose of Gospel of Life Ministries is to bring Evangelical and Catholic Christians together to defend life from abortion and euthanasia, and to build a Culture of Life in the United States and worldwide.

The accomplishment of this goal requires the commitment of the People of God and of those who nourish them with the preaching of God's word and various forms of ministry. Gospel of Life Ministries therefore puts a special emphasis on equipping and encouraging the churches to engage this effort.

The People of God are also called to take seriously their responsibilities of self-governance, participation in the political process, and prophetic challenge to elected and appointed officials regarding their obligations to protect life. Gospel of Life Ministries is therefore committed to advancing civic responsibility as understood from a Biblical perspective.
